🟢 What’s included

- The coaching program is a blend of coaching on WhatsApp, recorded videos for you to watch, and live sessions based on what participants need help with
- You can choose to be part of a WhatsApp group with other participants, or to receive content (in the form of questions, exercises, and videos) privately
- The content you receive will help you clarify your Goals, your Plans, and your Schedule. I will provide suggestions and recommendations based on where you are and what you’re struggling with
🔴 What’s NOT included
This program does not include 1-on-1 coaching sessions with participants, or extensive private chats with individual participants. Participants can share their experiences and struggles privately, but the recommendations might have to be shared with the group (and kept anonymous) to ensure I can help as many people as possible.

- You’ll develop a lot of clarity about what you want
- You’ll develop clarity about ways to make progress towards your goals
- You’ll learn to better manage your time and to MAKE time for the things that matter to you
- You’ll learn to work with your emotions, instead of wrestle against them
- You’ll curate your own toolboxes for productivity and wellness (with principles and practices you can return to whenever you need them)
- You’ll acquire beliefs and behaviors that will last you (and SERVE you) for the rest of your life, beyond the 3-month period!
🚫 What I can’t promise you
I can’t promise you’ll achieve all the goals you set out to achieve within the 3 months of coaching. Some goals will require more time, experimentation, or circumstances beyond your control (or mine).
But the skills you’ll develop within the 3 months will increase your chances of success, and you can continue to apply them beyond the 3 months!
I also hope you’ll meet with, learn from, and collaborate with other participants, but I can’t promise that will happen. I can only create the environment that helps participants connect.
🤩 Who is this for?
Anyone with high ambitions and is eager to achieve them, even if you’ve been putting your ambitions on hold and feel doubtful about actually achieving them (I’ll help you work through the doubt).
This program can be especially useful for students looking to decide what career path to choose, what to do after graduation, and career-switchers considering their next commitment.
🙅🏻♂️ Who is this NOT for?
I do not recommend you joining this program if you’re only interested in talking about goals, without doing much about them. It’s OK to struggle and experience reluctance to work on your goals (that’s part of the journey). But finding joy only in discussion, not action, is not what this coaching (and community) is after.
I also don’t recommend that you join if you are looking for a tough coach who will force you to do things you don’t feel like doing. This isn’t my coaching approach. I don’t want to tell you to do anything. I only suggest and invite. I want to cultivate within you the internal motivation to pursue the things you care about, without being pushed or shamed into doing anything you don’t feel like doing.

“Goals, Plans, and Schedule” seem simple enough, but there’s PLENTY of detail under the hood that we’ll be covering!
Defining Goals involves:

- Identifying End Goals and Means Goals
- Ensuring a holistic approach to goals (so you don’t end up neglecting important areas of your life and achieving success that only fills you with regret and dissatisfaction)

Defining Plans involves:

- Identifying obstacles and ways to overcome them
- Defining the identity you need to cultivate
- Identifying projects to pursue
- Fleshing out Tasks to complete
- Defining Habits to practice
- Recognizing Skills to develop
- Selecting Experiments to conduct
- Learning ways to course correct

Defining your Schedule involves:

- Identifying ways you’re wasting your time
- Defining routines to energize you at the beginning of the day and routines that help you switch off at night
- Dedicating different time slots to different projects, activities, and life areas
- Creating a schedule with the right level of intensity for you
- And more!
I don’t want you getting overwhelmed with all the details. I will help you sequence your commitments (and direct your attention) so that you focus on what’s most important to you, where you are. Everything else can wait until the right time for it.

Please note that the least I expect from participants is to let me know when they’re struggling, and to not go missing when things aren’t going well (or going at all). I can’t help you if we don’t talk.
It’s completely fine for things to not go as planned. This is part of the process of working on our goals, ESPECIALLY if your goals are ambitious!
So if you’re planning on joining the program, you are making a promise to me and to yourself that you won’t go missing, and you will let me know if things aren’t going well, so I can figure out how to help you.
Also: As part of the WhatsApp group, all participants are expected to be respectful of others and to give others the space to pursue what matters to them in a way that suits them.
You are expected not to force an opinion on others.
Feel free to share experiences or offer suggestions, but don’t be pushy or expect others to do what you say. Even I don’t expect this, and I’m the coach. 😂
